Formed in September 2014, the Federation represents 72 practices in Ealing. The board is represented by elected directors from all localities and networks.
The company consists of a Board of Directors, with 2 directors nominated from each locality and 1 non-executive director. The Board is the supported by Katie Collin who has the independent oversight of the Federation finances

All 72 practices have formally signed up as members of the federation. This means that the federation truly represents all the Ealing practices and can provide coverage to all of Ealings’ patients.
